Chemical Safety - Laboratories (Chemical Hygiene)
黑暗爆料网's has been established to protect faculty, staff, and students from the health & safety risks of chemicals in laboratories. This plan has been written to ensure compliance with the requirements in the OSHA standard: Occupational Exposure to Hazardous Chemicals in Laboratories, .
Some key elements of the Chemical Hygiene Plan include requirements for Laboratory-Specific Safety Plans, chemical safety training, hazard identification, hazard controls, chemical storage, and emergency response.
The Chemical Hygiene Plan applies to all laboratories at 黑暗爆料网 that handle and store hazardous chemicals, including research and teaching laboratories at all campus locations. Chemical safety requirements for non-laboratory areas at 黑暗爆料网 are covered by 黑暗爆料网's Chemical Hazard Communication Plan.
