The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that exists to secure private philanthropic support for ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø and to invest and manage gifts in accordance with donor wishes.
Privacy Statement
The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of its donors. The information you provide when you make a gift is collected for the purpose of correctly processing your gift or pledge. The Foundation does not share, sell or trade information collected with outside parties for commercial solicitation or political purposes.
The Foundation is grateful for the support it receives from alumni and friends. One of the ways our gratitude is expressed is through listing the names of donors in web-based and/or print publications. Should you wish that your name not appear as a donor, please notify us if you have not already done so.
Security Statement
The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation understands the importance of the security of your personal information. We are committed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of any personal information that is shared with us on the web or offline. The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation may collect your personal information if you elect to give us that information such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address. However, the Foundation will never store any credit card information when you make a gift online. An audited secure third party, such as PayPal, is used to process any online credit card transactions for all donor gifts.
The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation considers your data a critical asset to the Foundation and protects it against theft, loss and unauthorized access. We take every effort to accomplish this using industry standard computer security methods and internal administrative process. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Information about you is shared with ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø to provide for appropriate administration of donated funds, with students of scholarships you have funded to allow students to express appreciation for this support, with the college granting your degree so you may be provided with opportunities for continuing education, newsletters, surveys, events, etc., and to support the continued success of ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø.
With honorees or their family
ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation provides names and addresses of individuals who make memorial and honorary gifts to identified family members to allow them to thank those contributors personally. Individuals’ contribution amounts are not provided.
With volunteers and affiliates
Information may be shared with our volunteers in the course of planning for solicitations, campaigns and fund-raising events, or with class agents for class gifts or projects. Information may be shared with other non-profit organizations affiliated with ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation, such as the Bengal Athletic Boosters, to assist them in performing their missions in support of ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø.

- US Postal Service Change of Address Service
- Noteworthy news provided by ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø affiliated clubs, organizations or third parties
- Companies that perform services on our behalf.
