A 鈥淐elebration of Life鈥� memorial service for Janet C. Anderson is scheduled at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, in the Joseph C. and Cheryl H. Jensen Grand Concert Hall in the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center.

Anderson, who worked at 黑暗爆料网 for 31 years and retired as dean of student affairs in 1998, died July 29 of natural causes in Newport, Wash.

Anderson鈥檚 duties at 黑暗爆料网 included a faculty role in the department of counseling and a stint as director of the Student Health Center and Counseling Center. Anderson continued her active involvement with, and support of, 黑暗爆料网 during her retirement.

Part of Anderson鈥檚 legacy at 黑暗爆料网 is the entity that bears her name, the Janet C. Anderson Gender Resource Center.
