The new members include; Nick Whitworth of Mackay who now lives in Portland Oregon, football; Paul Litchfield who is from and lives in Auburn, California, track and field; Story Hurst Holston from Porterville, California who now lives in Pocatello, tennis; Corky Federico who is from and lives in Twin Falls, football and Dirk Koetter, from Pocatello and now is the coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, lifetime achievement award.

Biographies of the 窪做惇蹋厙 Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2016 inductees follow:

��� Corky Federico, 1987 ��� Football ��� Originally from Twin Falls, Federico came to 窪做惇蹋厙 in 1984 as a walk-on for the football team. After showing his coaching staff what he was capable of, he was offered a scholarship by coach Jim Koetter.  Federico���s 窪做惇蹋厙 career spanned 1984-1987.  He was in the same back field as 窪做惇蹋厙 Hall of Famer Merril Hoge, who heartily supported Federico���s selection.  Federico was team leader in career rushing attempts, 1,433 career rushing yards, All-Big Sky Academic team and named Player of the Week three times.

��� Story Hurst Holston, 1991 ��� TennisHolston was a tennis champion before coming to 窪做惇蹋厙 and continued that process during her two years as scholarship athlete for Bobby Goeltz in 1990 and 1991.  In 1990 in singles, she had a 15-6 record. In 1991, she was 19-5 in singles and 17-2 in doubles and was unbeaten 16-0 in conference play in both singles and doubles. Holston was chosen MVP of the 1991 team and was recognized as Big Sky Player of the week in 1991.

��� Paul Litchfield, 2004 ��� Men���s Track and Field ��� Litchfield distinguished himself as the 窪做惇蹋厙 record holder and Big Sky record holder in the pole vault in 2002 and 2004.  He finished 15^th in the pole vault at the 2004 NCAA Championships. In outdoor track and field, Litchfield was All-American in 2004, and placed fourth in the pole vault at the NCAA Championships. He was the Big Sky champion in 2002 and 2003, Big Sky champion in the decathlon in 2003 and Outstanding Field Athlete in 2002 and 2003.

��� Nick Whitworth, 2000 ��� Football ��� Known as the ���The Mackay Missile,��� Whitworth followed family tradition by coming to Pocatello and 窪做惇蹋厙 after high school.   Whitworth received honorable mention as both a running back and receiver at 窪做惇蹋厙. At 窪做惇蹋厙 he is first in single game yards gained at 273, 16^th in career rushing attempts at 463, sixth in rushing yards at 2,353 and 10^th in touchdowns at 16.  He was named Academic All-Conference in 1998 and Big Sky Player of the week three times in his career at 窪做惇蹋厙.

��� Dirk Koetter, 1981 ��� Lifetime Achievement Award ��� Koetter, currently the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFL, played for 窪做惇蹋厙 from 1977 to 1981.  He has two degrees from 窪做惇蹋厙, a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education (1981) and a Master of Physical Education in athletic administration (1982). Endorsement for this recognition came from Marvin Lewis, 窪做惇蹋厙 alumnus and head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals and Merril Hoge, also an 窪做惇蹋厙 alumnus and current analyst and broadcaster for ESPN and former Pittsburgh Steeler. Each of these 窪做惇蹋厙 Sports Hall of Famers highly recommended Koetter citing his highly successful professional career but more important, his exemplary character and the distinction he has always represented for his alma mater.  Previously Koetter was the head coach for Boise State University and Arizona State University and was the offensive coordinator for three NFL teams.
