To Schedule a One-on-One Appointment with a Fidelity Representative:

1. Visit . 
2. ‘Idaho State Board of Education’ is your employer name.
3. Select appointment type drop down (in-person, virtual or phone);
4. Select location drop down as ‘黑暗爆料网.’ Currently, in-person Fidelity representatives are scheduled to be on Pocatello and Meridian campuses in January. Additional in-person availability may be added in the coming months; 
5. Select date and time appointment; 
6. Fill out your information; 
7. Click ‘Schedule Appointment’.

If in-person appointments are full, you may choose virtual or phone. The in-person appointments update weekly with additional dates up to 30 days in advance, so check in periodically for new in-person appointments.

• Fidelity representatives are available to answer questions at 800-343-0860, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. MT, excluding most holidays.
