Celebrate ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø's 125 years with Choral Music and Poetry

On March 13, the Treble Choir, Concert Choir, and Chamber Choir presented a special anniversary concert honoring the remarkable year 1901—the founding of ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø and the birth year of poet Langston Hughes. The program featured music by Averitt, Brahms, Puts, Augustinas, Morley, Bonds, Gjeilo, Runestad and more. Diana Livingston Friedley performed a set of Langston Hughes’ poetry, weaving spoken word into an evening that reflects on legacy, voice, and community.
