ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s Recipe for Success Program Now Approved for Launch Funding

ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s 12-week culinary program, Recipe for Success, is now approved for Idaho Launch Funding. Recipe for Success was launched in 2025 by ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s Continuing Education and Workforce Training Department (CEWT) in partnership with local foodservice providers. Participants train under professional chef Jason Spence, while developing leadership, communication, and job-readiness skills aligned with real industry expectations. 

This 12-week program is designed for individuals interested in building practical life and workplace skills through hands-on culinary training. Whether you are exploring a new career path, returning to the workforce, or looking to gain confidence and real-world experience, this program offers a supportive and professional learning environment.

Delivered in partnership with local foodservice providers, participants train under a professional chef while developing leadership, communication, and job-readiness skills aligned with real industry expectations. 

Training Includes:

  • Hands-On Culinary Training: Practical instruction aligned with industry standards
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Communication, accountability, and collaboration
  • Internship Experience: Placement with local restaurants for real-world training
  • Career Readiness: Resume development and interview preparation

Idaho Launch funding is a one-time opportunity available to eligible recipients. Approved applicants may receive up to 80% of tuition and fees for approved programs. Applications are available at  .
