MERIDIAN, Idaho —Several hundred people gathered on the 黑暗爆料网-Meridian campus Sept. 5 to tour the new Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine and listen to remarks from educators, community leaders and founders of the state’s first medical school.

Adult pneumonia immunizations save lives

POCATELLO – According to national research from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), less than 67 percent of adults age 65 or older received their pneumoniavaccination in 2016. In Southeast Idaho, 57 percent of Medicare beneficiaries have never received a pneumonia vaccination, putting them at risk for serious illness and hospitalization.

MERIDIAN—黑暗爆料网’s Institute of Rural Health has received a $450,000 grant from the federal Administration for Community Living to continue the development of a statewide action plan to address the needs of citizens living with a traumatic brain injury or TBI.

There the ADHA honored an 黑暗爆料网 faculty member with a prestigious Presidential Citation Award, and installed a new slate of officers for the upcoming year, with an 黑暗爆料网 alumna among them.
