POCATELLO—When Jeff Tucker, the director of content services at Idaho Public Television, was informed about the Thomas Geriatric Symposium, he saw a natural connection in the mission of three programs: Honoring Choices® Idaho, Idaho Public Television, and ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s Thomas Geriatric Symposium.

POCATELLO – The 35th I Love ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Campaign kicks off with a 4:30 p.m. tailgate and ribbon-cutting on Aug. 31 on the east side of Holt Arena at the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø football game against Western Oregon.

POCATELLO – ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Credit Union Chief Operations Officer Doug Chambers handed over an $8,000 check to the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation to kickstart the 35th annual I Love ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Campaign.

POCATELLO – The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Career Center will host the Part-time Job and Internship Fair on Aug. 30 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Pond Student Union Ballroom in Pocatello.

POCATELLO – Registration is open for the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø 2017 Homecoming Parade that will be held on Saturday, Sept. 30. Parade entries are due by 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15. After this date a $50 late fee applies. No entries will be accepted after 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept.22.

University Women annual book sale set Sept. 7-9 at Reed Gym

POCATELLO – The Pocatello Branch of the American Association of University Women will hold its annual used book sale in ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s Reed Gymnasium West Foyer on Sept. 7 from 5 to 8 p.m., Sept. 8 from noon to 7 p.m. and Sept. 9 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Patricia Z. Marincic is the new associate vice president for the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø-Meridian Health Science Center. She’ll manage campus operations, academic programs and facilitate community outreach, according to university officials.
