Free flu shots and basic physical exams offered at ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø/Ada County Health Screening Sept. 20

Free flu shots, basic physical and dental exams, and onsite testing for blood sugar levels and cholesterol are included in free services offered at a community health screening Thursday, Sept. 20, 4-7 p.m., at Whittier Elementary School, 301 N. 29th St., in Boise.

POCATELLO – In conjunction with his photography exhibit in the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Oboler Library, ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø biological sciences Professor Chuck Peterson will offer a free public presentation, "Photographing the Snakes of Idaho," in the Library’s Black Rock Commons area on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m.

POCATELLO – Whales, elephants and bears, oh my! – A team of scientific Noahs at the Idaho Museum of Natural History at ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø has been tasked to digitally collect the skeletons of 50 of the largest animals in the world.
