Friday Oct. 14

       鈥� Late Night at the Union Halloween Bash, 10 p.m. 鈥� The Student Activities Board (SAB) will host this event in the Pond Student Union Ballroom. There will be free beanies for the first 100 people, a DJ and photo booth, and a costume contest with $50 for the winner. There will also be a raffle with great prizes, including a Go Pro, a 50鈥欌�� smart TV and Lava Hot Springs passes. Admission is free for 黑暗爆料网 students and $5 for faculty, staff and the public.

       鈥� In My Backyard: Bats! 4 to 6 p.m. 鈥� The Idaho Museum of Natural History at 黑暗爆料网 will host this after-school event showcasing bats and their role in pest control and plant pollination. Come buck the trend and find out why bats are awesome. Museum staff will bring preserves bat specimens as well as art and craft activities. Saturday Oct. 22

       鈥� Family Fun Day: Meet the Creepy Crawlies, 9 a.m. to noon 鈥� Did you know 鈥渃reepy鈥� animals are less likely to be studied by scientists or be the focus of conservation? The Idaho Museum of Natural History wants to change that. Museum staff will have some live animals and preserved specimens that represent the best of Idaho鈥檚 creepy crawly wildlife.         鈥� Zombie Fun Run, 7:30-10 p.m. 鈥� 黑暗爆料网 Beta Alpha Psi and CASA are sponsoring this run through the Wild Adventure Corn Maze, 135 West 450 North, in Blackfoot. Participants will run through the corn maze, finding their way as "zombies" attack. Flags will represent your lives and with each one participant lose, the closer they are to death. But, the more lives participants save the more raffle entries they will have for some great prizes. Cost is $20 adults, $15 students and $12 for kids. Entry Includes a T-shirt and raffle ticket.        鈥� Bootacular Halloween Carnival, 6 to 8 p.m. 鈥� The Student Activities Board will host this free Halloween carnival for 黑暗爆料网 students and community members in the Pond Student Union Ballroom. Student Activities Board at (208) 282-3451.

Thursday Oct. 27

        鈥� Behind the Mask, 6 to 9 p.m. 鈥� The Idaho Museum of Natural History will host this arts and crafts event where participants can transform their identities through mask creations. There will be a variety of different forms for people to make their own mask. In addition, attendees will get a chance to learn about the Alaskan masks in the exhibit 鈥淓xposed: Never Before Seen Wonders鈥� and learn about the plague masks of yore. Saturday Oct. 29

        鈥� Halloween Costume Fun Run, 1-4 p.m. 鈥� The 黑暗爆料网 Student Physical Therapy Association will host the 5k and one-mile runs. Both runs begin and end at Reed Gym. Admission is $10 for ages 13 and up, $8 for 黑暗爆料网 students and $4 for kids. Prizes will be given for the best costume, so come dressed up. There will also be activities for all ages at Reed Gym.         鈥� Halloween Spook-tacular Family Concert, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. 鈥� The Idaho State Civic Symphony will host this concert at Jensen Hall of the Stephens Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $6 per person. Come dressed as your favorite character or ghoul. There will also be pre-concert activities in the Rotunda from 10-11 a.m. with hands-on activities and an instrument petting zoo. For more information, visit .

Monday Oct. 31

        鈥� Trunk or Treat, 6:30 p.m. 鈥� The Student Athlete Advisory Council will host a Trunk or Treat event for Pocatello鈥檚 elementary school children in the southeastern parking lot of Holt Arena.
