POCATELLO – Joshua Swift, ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø assistant professor of psychology, was recently a lead researcher on a study regarding patients’ likelihood to refuse drug therapy more than psychotherapy for mental health.

POCATELLO – ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø researchers have established a clear link to septic sources of nitrate contamination in about one-third of the 100 private wells in the Lower Portneuf Valley Watershed sampled for a study.

POCATELLO- Public Safety officers at ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø now have the proper training to deliver emergency overdose medication thanks to Generation Rx, a group led by College of Pharmacy students whose goal is to prevent the misuse of prescription medications.

POCATELLO – To raise awareness and help end the stigma of depression, ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Professor Shawn Bearden plans to run seven marathons in seven consecutive days on all of the Earth’s seven continents.

BOISE – Basic physical and dental exams and onsite testing for blood sugar levels and cholesterol are included in free services offered at a community health screening Thursday, April 13, 4-7 p.m., at Whittier Elementary School, 301 N. 29th St., in Boise.
