Leaning Tower
Brief Description
The leaning tower is designed so that its center of mass is very near the edge of its base. However, when the cap is placed on top of the tower, the center of mass is no longer over the base of the tower and it falls over. This can be a good demonstration to introduce center of mass.

Performing the Demo
To perform the demo, simply place the tower without the cap on a table. Then place the tower cap on the top and it will fall over.
