Idaho State EMT program partners with the Disaster Response Complex for 'real-world' training

POCATELLO – Twenty students and six instructors in the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø College of Technology’s Emergency Medical Technician program received real-world emergency response training at the new ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Disaster Response Complex, which is run by the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

POCATELLO – Five students from the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø College of Technology Nuclear Operations Technology Program were given the opportunity to travel to Ukraine and visit the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in October.

ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s College of Technology receives $10,000 grant from Bayer Fund

POCATELLO – ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s College of Technology announced that it has received a grant for $10,000 from Bayer Fund, which will be used to support their upcoming online Ignite Their Future STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) summer camp.

POCATELLO–The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø College of Technology has been awarded a more than $2.3 million grant to construct a new technical education facility to train students in diesel power generation systems.
