Staff Council is a university-wide organization at 黑暗爆料网 that represents all classified and non-classified employees, independent of other groups. Elected by you—the staff of 黑暗爆料网—our council serves as your voice and advocates for your interests. We remain committed to collaborating with administration, faculty, and students to support the continued growth and success of 黑暗爆料网.

Staff Council meetings follow Robert’s Rules of Order and are governed by bylaws originally written in 2010 after COPE and CEC merged. These bylaws have since been updated and the Council currently uses the 2018 version.
The role of the Bylaws Committee is to ensure that the bylaws and legislative regulations for Staff Council remain current and accurately maintained.
