POCATELLO—The College of Arts and Letters at 黑暗爆料网 will host a book publishing seminar titled “How to Publish with a University Press: Everything You Need to Know from Draft to Contract” with Utah State University Press on Feb. 23 from 3 to 5 p.m. in Rendezvous Suite B.

The theme for this year’s Symposium is “U.S. Foreign Policy in the 21st Century.” Speakers will discuss international affairs, global governance, law and the political economy.
