POCATELLO – “What Makes a Great Salmon River” presented by noted ecologist Jack Stanford is the topic of the annual ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø G.W. Minshall Lecture Series in Ecology at 4 p.m. Oct. 27 in Room 10 of the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Lecture Center (Building No. 67 on ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø maps).

The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Society of Physics Students, Kiwanis Club of Pocatello and the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø physics department will host a Haunted Science Laboratory exhibit open to the public on Oct. 29, from 4 to 9 p.m. at 300 North Fifth Ave. at the corner of North Fifth Ave. and East Lander in Pocatello.

21st annual Southeast Idaho Homeless Stand Down set Oct. 29
